Vegan Garlic Butter
  1. Soften vegan butter for one hour before mixing

  2. In a small bowl, stir together the softened vegan butter, grated garlic, chopped herbs, and the grated vegan parmesan (if using).

  3. Refrigerate leftover vegan garlic butter in an airtight container for up to one week. You can also freeze it in a freezer safe container for up to 3 months.
