Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll biscuits into flat rounds on a lightly floured surface.
Dust 2 baking sheets with corn meal. Place biscuit crusts onto them about an inch or so apart.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of sauce to each biscuit crust. Then divide cheese evenly between crusts.
Add pepperoni and any other desired toppings.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the crust is cooked through and golden brown on the edges. Broil if desired until cheese gets golden brown.
Garnish with grated Parmesan and enjoy!
