Combine beef and pork mince in a bowl and break it up with a fork or your hands.
Add finely chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg and mix.
Add milk and season with salt and pepper.
Shape the mixture into small, round balls.
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook meatballs until golden brown.
Serve with mashed potatoes, lingonberry jam and cream sauce.
