Strawberry Ice Cream
  1. In a 2 quart pot add strawberries, 3 tbsp honey, and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Bring to a boil and mash strawberries as they soften.

  2. Once mashed let simmer on low-medium heat for 25 mins.

  3. In a small pot combine milk and honey. Bring to a simmer and allow to simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

  4. This is making homemade sweetened condensed milk (you can sub this step with a 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk).

  5. Place cold heavy cream in a large bowl, whip to stiff peaks.

  6. Add sweetened condensed milk, strawberry flavor, & vanilla. Beat on low speed until incorporated.

  7. Transfer into a container/dish, freeze for least 6 hours.
