Add mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, feta, garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper to a baking dish.
Bake at 200°C (400F) degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Meanwhile cook the orzo pasta in salted water until al dente.
Remove from oven. (Remove garlic if you prefer).
Add the spinach and pasta and stir.
Add a little pasta water (if needed) to make it creamier.
