Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage, softened cream cheese, and well-drained Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies.
Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into triangles.
Place a tablespoon of the sausage and cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
Roll up the crescents, starting from the wide end.
Place the stuffed crescents on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
