Rotel Sausage & Cream Cheese Crescents
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage, softened cream cheese, and well-drained Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies.

  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into triangles.

  4. Place a tablespoon of the sausage and cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.

  5. Roll up the crescents, starting from the wide end.

  6. Place the stuffed crescents on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
