Stand the baguette slices upright in a round baking pan to form a crown.
Fold the ham with sliced cheese and tuck them between the bread slices. Fill the small baguette piece in the center too.
Crack 4 eggs into a bowl. Add milk and a little seasoning, then mix until smooth.
