In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Add the breadcrumbs and egg to the mixture and combine until well incorporated.
Form the mixture into small kofta shapes, about the size of a golf ball.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry the koftas in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or on a bed of rice.
