Date Snickers Bar
  1. Start off by pitting the dates and halving them. Open them up and place the dates, sticky side down, squished together on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. Cover the dates with peanut butter (or pour heated peanut butter over the dates) and sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top.

  3. Mix the melted chocolate with coconut oil while warm, then pour on top of the peanut butter. Sprinkle the top with sea salt.

  4. Place the cookie sheet in the freezer for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate has set. Cut into squares and enjoy.

  5. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
