Preheat the oven to 420F (220C).
In an oven safe pan, add the chicken breast cubes, rice, spices, date syrup, and olive oil. Mix it all together.
Pour 4 cups of boiling water. Mix it a bit.
Cover with wet parchment paper and then with aluminum foil.
Bake in the oven on 420F for 35 minutes. Remove the cover and bake for 10 more minutes.
Transfer the oven to convection broil on 450F and broil for 5 minutes to get a nice crust.
Garnish with fresh dill leaves.
