Turkey Goulash
  1. Bring a large skillet to a medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, 6 minutes.

  2. Add the grated onion and toss to combine.

  3. Add the garlic, cumin, paprika, nutmeg and oregano. Saute another minute.

  4. Add the crushed tomatoes and stir to combine.

  5. Add the yogurt and give another stir. Toss in some salt and pepper right now. Taste it.

  6. In the meantime, cook the pasta until it reaches al dente. Drain and toss in the oil, most of the parsley, and the caraway seeds.

  7. Add pasta to turkey mixture and toss to combine and coat everything.

  8. Serve goulash garnished with more parsley!
