Blend dressing ingredients: ¼ cup olive oil, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 3 tbsp hemp seeds, 1 fresh clove garlic, 1 tsp miso paste, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, salt and pepper to taste
Pulse cashews or sunflower seeds with 1 clove garlic and ½ - 1 tsp himalayan or sea salt in food processor to form a fine parmesan powder
Blend dressing
Toss dressing with salad
Top with parmesan powder
