V-Baked Crispy Plantains
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300 degrees.

  2. Slice plantain into uniform thin chips. Spray the air fryer interior with coconut oil, the spread the chips in a single layer, then lightly salt.

  3. Bake for 10 minutes, shake the bin, bake for another 5 minutes.

  4. Up the temp to 400 degrees, then go another 2-3 minutes to brown the chips while viewing regularly to make sure the chips do not burn.
