Preheat the air fryer to 300 degrees.
Slice plantain into uniform thin chips. Spray the air fryer interior with coconut oil, the spread the chips in a single layer, then lightly salt.
Bake for 10 minutes, shake the bin, bake for another 5 minutes.
Up the temp to 400 degrees, then go another 2-3 minutes to brown the chips while viewing regularly to make sure the chips do not burn.
