Easy Dubai Chocolate French Toast {high Protein, Sugar Free}
  1. In a large shallow bowl or container whisk together milk, egg white, vanilla protein powder.

  2. Place sliced bread in mixture and let soak for about 1 minute. Flip, and soak other side for another minute.

  3. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-low and spray with cooking spray.

  4. Place soaked bread on pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook other side for another 2 minutes.Cook one slice at a time if using a small skillet.

  5. In a bowl combine yogurt, chocolate protein powder and cocoa powder.

  6. Heat a nonstick pan and lightly toast kataifi.

  7. Add in pistachio cream and mix.

  8. Place one slice of french toast on plate. Spread half the chocolate mix on top.

  9. Cover with other slice and remaining chocolate spread.

  10. Top with pistachio kataifi mix.
