Thai Style Skillet Wide Rice Noodle Stir Fry
  1. [PREP] Mix aminos, molasses, fish sauce or oyster sauce, brown sugar, corn starch, & white pepper.

  2. [MEDIUM HEAT] Sautee onion, garlic, chili, & pinch of salt and until onion turns translucent.

  3. Add mushrooms & cook another 2 to 3 minutes. (If adding tofu, add now and cook another 2 mins)

  4. Add aminos. Once sauce is sizzling add water & salt.

  5. Add noodles and press them until covered with water. [COVER WITH LID] and cook 7 minutes.

  6. Check if the noodles are cooked -- they may need up to 11 minutes.

  7. [REMOVE LID], add remaining vegetables.

  8. Add the sauce to the skillet and bring to a boil to thicken.

  9. Add basil and green onion.

  10. [REMOVE FROM HEAT, ADD LID] Let it sit 1-2 minutes, then serve.
