Tofu Skin Enoki Mushroom Roll
  1. Soak fried tofu skin in hot water for a few seconds to rehydrate

  2. Wash and cut enoki mushrooms into bite sized bunches

  3. Wrap the delicate tofu skin into a roll with the mushrooms

  4. Mix sauce: 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp chili crisp, ½ cup of broth or water

  5. In a pan on medium heat, slowly pan fry onions

  6. Layer tofu rolls on top of onions and pour sauce over

  7. Gently let the rolls simmer covered with lid for 5 minutes

  8. Serve and enjoy
