Add the chopped celery, onion, and peeled garlic to the crockpot.
Add the savory herb packet with garlic and ½ of the chicken gravy seasoning packet.
Season with salt, pepper, ground thyme, olive powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Add the butter and cover the crockpot. Cook on high for 3 hours.
Peel the potatoes, leaving some skin on, and boil in salted water until soft.
Mash the potatoes, adding half the butter and milk. Season with Kinders buttery and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Serve the chicken pot roast with the mashed potatoes and a vegetable of your choice.
