Marinate diced chicken with egg, soy sauce & cornstarch.
Cook – Air fry at 200°C / 400°F for 12-15 mins or oven bake at 190°C / 375°F for 18-22 mins.
Make Sauce – Mix tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce & simmer.
Sauté garlic, peppers & onion. Add sauce + cornstarch slurry.
Coat Chicken – Stir everything together until sticky & perfect!
