Sprinkle half of the crushed Oreos into your pan/bowl. 9x13 or big round
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter, Cool Whip, and powdered sugar until smooth.
In a separate bowl, beat the pudding mix with the milk until thickened.
Add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture and combine well.
Spread this mixture over the Oreo layer in the pan.
Top with the remaining crushed Oreos.
Chill for 6-12 hours.
Serve with 2 gummy worms per portion (optional but highly encouraged for full dirt cake joy).
