Cinnamon Toast Crunch Protein Bagels
  1. Mix the 4 cups of flour, 3 cups non fat Greek yogurt, 1 tsp. of salt, and 2 tsp baking soda to make the dough.

  2. Make an egg wash with 1 egg and 1 tsp cold water.

  3. Top the bagels with either Cinnamon Toast Crunch topping or cinnamon sugar.

  4. Bake in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
