Single-serve High-protein Brownie
  1. In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until pureed.

  2. Add in the protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup and milk. Mix until the protein powder is dissolved.

  3. Add in the chocolate chips.

  4. Transfer the batter to a microwave-safe ramekin. Optional: Decorate with extra chocolate chips on top.

  5. Microwave on high for 90 seconds or bake in the oven for about 12 minutes at 180 degrees C/ 360 degrees F.

  6. Dig in and enjoy!
