Korean Soy Braised Peanuts (ddangkong Jorim 땅콩조림)
  1. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and add in your peanuts.

  2. Boil for 5 mins.

  3. Drain and return peanuts to the saucepan with all other ingredients.

  4. Bring to the boil then turn down to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes til sauce thickens.

  5. Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame.
