Season chicken breasts with Daily Blend, smoked paprika powder, and SpiceX Bella Blend
Heat butter and olive oil in a pan
Cook seasoned chicken breasts until cooked through, then remove and rest
In the same pan, sauté finely diced shallots
Add chicken stock to the pan
Stir in light cream cheese and Dijon mustard until combined
Add the resting juices from the chicken back into the sauce
Serve chicken with sauce and garnish with fresh chives
