Mini Mushroom & Gruyère Pot Pies
  1. Cook mushrooms in butter with garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper for 5–6 minutes.

  2. Cut puff pastry into squares and press into muffin tray cups.

  3. Fill with mushrooms and cheese.

  4. Fold edges slightly and brush with beaten egg.

  5. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 18–22 minutes until golden and crispy.
