Apple And Blackberry Scones With Greek Yoghurt
  1. Mix everything into a bowl to form a dough ball then flatten it on a floured work surface

  2. Cut out 3 discs using a cookie cutter or glass, using up all the mixture (if it's too wet add a bit more flour)

  3. Air fry on 180C for 10 mins (air fry mode) OR oven bake on 180C for 15 mins. Serve warm with butter
