Preheat oven to 180°C on fan bake
Line a 10 inch square tin with baking paper and lay down the crackers flat
Melt together the butter and brown sugar
Boil the butter and sugar mixture for 1 minute
Pour the mixture over crackers and spread evenly
Bake for 10 minutes until very golden
Remove from the oven and sprinkle over the chocolate
Let sit for a couple of minutes to melt, then spread with a palette knife
Sprinkle over the nuts and cranberries and shake the tin to spread evenly
Finish with sea salt
Put in the fridge to set
When firm, snap into pieces
Store at room temperature in an airtight container
