Christmas Crack Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C on fan bake

  2. Line a 10 inch square tin with baking paper and lay down the crackers flat

  3. Melt together the butter and brown sugar

  4. Boil the butter and sugar mixture for 1 minute

  5. Pour the mixture over crackers and spread evenly

  6. Bake for 10 minutes until very golden

  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle over the chocolate

  8. Let sit for a couple of minutes to melt, then spread with a palette knife

  9. Sprinkle over the nuts and cranberries and shake the tin to spread evenly

  10. Finish with sea salt

  11. Put in the fridge to set

  12. When firm, snap into pieces

  13. Store at room temperature in an airtight container
