Mix together all ingredients except for the salmon in a container.
Place down plastic wrap on a tray or dish that will fit the salmon.
Half of the cure goes on the bottom.
Lay down the salmon.
The rest of the cure goes on top.
Wrap it all up.
Place something heavy on top.
Let sit for 2 days in the fridge.
Remove salmon and fully rinse it in clean water.
Pat dry in clean paper towel.
Slice it to serve.
Last for a week in the fridge.
