Good balance of sweet and salty. But a bit too salty.

Blend all marinade ingredients
Mix with beef and add some sliced onions to mixture, the longer marinate the better
Fry in pan with as little marinade as possible so meat can brown better, at the end I added fried mushrooms then added the rest of the marinade and brought to a simmer.
Top with chives and sesame seeds. Serve with brown rice for healthier option.
