Add the yeast to a large bowl with 350ml room temperature water and mix.
Add the flour and salt to the bowl and mix until you reach a dough like consistency, then cover with a tea towel for 1-2 hours.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C, then flour a clean surface.
Knead dough for 4-5 minutes to ensure an even texture and form a ball shape.
Add dough to the centre of a non-stick bread tin and score down the middle with a knife.
Bake for 25 mins at 200 degrees and another 20 mins at 180 degrees, then remove.
