Add 400g lean diced beef to the slow cooker along with 4 tbsp hoisin, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 40g honey and 200ml beef stock
Mix well and season with salt and pepper
Cook for 2.5 hours on high or 5 hours on low
After cooking for 2.5 hours on high, add 1 diced carrot, 2 sliced peppers and 2 tsps of garlic puree
Mix and leave to cook for a further 2 hours on high
About 15 minutes before it's due to finish, add 1-2 tbsp corn flour mixed with water to the slow cooker to thicken the sauce
Cook 4 noodle nests separately
Add cooked noodles to the slow cooker and mix well
Serve and enjoy
