Oyakodon In A Rice Cooker
  1. Add the chicken and onion to the rice cooker.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar.

  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and onion in the rice cooker.

  4. Cover and cook until the chicken is cooked through.

  5. Pour the beaten eggs over the top and cover again to cook the eggs.

  6. Serve the Oyakodon over a bed of rice.
