Gochujang Caramelized Onion Cheese Toasts
  1. In a bowl, mash together the tofu, gochujang, salt, pepper, onion, spinach, garlic powder, yogurt, vegan cheese, nutritional yeast, and hemp seeds until combined.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix sliced onions with gochujang, oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread the tofu mixture onto slices of bread. Top with the gochujang onions and gently press them down.

  4. Air fry at 370°F for 6 to 7 minutes until golden and crispy.

  5. Finish with green onion and sesame seeds.
