Creamy Peppercorn Sauce Burgers
  1. Add mince to a bowl and add all seasonings, egg, mustard and breadcrumbs

  2. Mush it all together to combine everything

  3. Roll into balls and squash down into a burger shape

  4. Get a pan nice and hot and seal the burgers on each side

  5. Remove from the pan

  6. In the same pan add onion and sweat off for about 3-4 minutes

  7. Add garlic, herbs and pepper

  8. Deglaze with beef stock

  9. Let the beef stock reduce by half

  10. Add cream

  11. Add back in your burgers and allow the sauce to reduce and the burgers to cook in the sauce on a medium heat for about 20 minutes

  12. Serve and enjoy
