Add mince to a bowl and add all seasonings, egg, mustard and breadcrumbs
Mush it all together to combine everything
Roll into balls and squash down into a burger shape
Get a pan nice and hot and seal the burgers on each side
Remove from the pan
In the same pan add onion and sweat off for about 3-4 minutes
Add garlic, herbs and pepper
Deglaze with beef stock
Let the beef stock reduce by half
Add cream
Add back in your burgers and allow the sauce to reduce and the burgers to cook in the sauce on a medium heat for about 20 minutes
Serve and enjoy
