High-protein Spinach Artichoke Dip
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Add cottage cheese and greek yogurt to a food processor and blend until whipped consistency

  3. Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl

  4. Add artichokes, spinach, mozzarella, feta, egg, pepper, and garlic powder to the bowl

  5. Mix well

  6. Spray a baking dish with avocado oil and add the mixture

  7. Top with additional crumbled feta

  8. Cover with aluminum foil

  9. Bake for 25 minutes

  10. Remove foil and broil for 5 minutes

  11. Serve with pita chips and carrot sticks
