Canned Fruit Cake
  1. Make the batter, just add everything to a bowl and mix for 30s until you get a smooth batter.

  2. Make the frangipane, mixing it nicely too.

  3. Butter and flour your tin, pour the batter, add the drained canned fruits and top them with the frangipane.

  4. Bake at 180C fan (160 regular over) for 30min.
