Blend everything together (I use a food processor).
Pour into a non stick 9 by 5 loaf pan (or use parchment paper for easy cleanup).
Bake at 375 for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
Slice into 22 (½-inch) slices and toast before using. I like to air fry my slices at 400' for 10 min, flipping halfway.
