Smoked Turkey Breast On Weber Kettle
  1. Trim the turkey breast by removing the skin and any excess fat flaps

  2. Season the bottom of the turkey breast with kosher salt, black pepper, and granulated garlic

  3. Season the sides and top with the same seasonings

  4. Set up Weber kettle with Slow N Sear, water pan, and cast iron baffle

  5. Arrange charcoal using the snake method with wood chunks

  6. Heat the grill to 250 degrees Fahrenheit

  7. Place turkey breast on the grill and cook for approximately 2 hours until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees

  8. Remove turkey breast and wrap in foil with a generous amount of butter

  9. Flip the wrapped turkey so butter soaks into the presentation side

  10. Return to grill for another 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155-160 degrees

  11. Remove from grill and let rest for 10-15 minutes

  12. Slice and serve with the butter from the foil boat
