Prepare your griddle: Set the griddle to 350 or medium heat. In this video I used a Traeger Flatrock. You can also use a heavy cast iron skillet.
Prepare the burgers: Mix the ground meat, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese, bacon and BLANCO thoroughly by hand in a medium bowl. Divide into 4 equal parts and create 4 patties. Lightly season with more BLANCO.
Griddle the burgers: Lightly oil or spray the cooking surface. Place the patties on the griddle. Cook until the edges begin to brown which will take 3-4 minutes. Flip the burger with a spatula and continue to cook until your desired doneness. I like medium rare which is 130 -135 internal temperature. Top with more cheese if desired for the last 1-2 minutes of the cook.
Build your burgers: Place the patties on toasted buns and top with your favorite condiments.
