  1. Make the Sesame Dressing: Combine ¼ cup Light Soy Sauce, 2 tsp Chinkiang Vinegar (or sub with rice wine vinegar), 2-8 tbsp Chili Oil/Crisp (use your judgement), 1 tsp Sichuan Peppercorn Oil, ½ cup Tahini/Sesame Paste (use your judgement), and 1-2 grated Garlic Cloves.

  2. Toss the Edamame, White beans, Red Cabbage, Red Bell Pepper, Avocado, Scallion greens, and Cilantro with the Sesame Dressing.

  3. Optionally, top with Chili Flakes and White & Black sesame seeds.
