Reconstitute shiitake mushrooms if dehydrated
Soak rice cakes in water
Prepare pork according to preference
Chop and wash napa cabbage
Sauté pork and set aside
Sauté napa cabbage in batches, seasoning with salt
Add back pork and shiitake mushrooms, layer rice cakes on top
Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes
Stir well before serving, adjust seasoning
Serve with soy sauce and Chinese chili oil
