  2. Add eggs, salt, and flour to the mixture.

  3. Knead everything thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined.

  4. Dust a pastry board with flour and knead for a while longer, trying not to add too much flour.

  5. Cut the dough into smaller pieces, then roll them into logs.

  6. Cut the logs diagonally into pieces.

  7. Drop the pieces into boiling salted water and cook until tender.

  8. Serve drizzled with melted butter and sprinkled with sugar.
