Cottage Cheese Waffles (so Good!)
  1. Add the cottage cheese, egg, vanilla extract, butter, and milk to a blender and blend smooth.

  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

  3. Add the blended cottage cheese mixture and stir gently to combine.

  4. Warm the waffle iron. Coat with nonstick spray.

  5. Place ½ cup batter in each center of the waffle iron. Close the waffle iron and cook until done.

  6. Transfer to a plate and serve, or to a baking sheet in a 225 degree F oven to keep warm until the batch is done.

  7. Repeat to finish the batch. Serve waffles with desired toppings.
