Mix your dry ingredients together then add espresso, almond milk, 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey, & 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix well then store in the fridge for 4-8hrs/overnight.
One ready, prepare your greek yogurt with the remainder vanilla extract & maple syrups or honey. Feel free to add more if you prefer it sweeter!
