Garlic Butter Steak Bites
  1. Trim the excess fat from the steak, then cut it into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper and toss to thoroughly coat.

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt, then turn brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Add the steak and let it cook undisturbed until well browned, 30 to 45 seconds. Using a spatula, flip the pieces over. Add the garlic and cook for an additional 30 to 45 seconds. Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir. The steak should be nicely browned on all sides and still pink in the center.

  3. Transfer the steak bites to a plate, drizzling all the butter and garlic from the pan over the top. Sprinkle with the parsley before serving.
