Cheesy Chia Crispy Crackers
  1. Mix together the chia and flaxseeds and chickpea flour along with the salt, garlic powder and nutritional yeast with enough water to form a thick paste.

  2. Mix in any other bits you like (other seeds etc- optional)

  3. Spread the mixture onto baking paper on a baking tray.

  4. Carefully smooth out the cracker mixture

  5. Score into cracker shapes.

  6. Bake at 180c/356F for 25-30 mins or until crunchy and crispy

  7. Break up and eat!
