Super Simple Cottage Cheese Bagels
  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. In a large bowl combine flour, cottage cheese, baking powder and salt

  3. Continue to combine the ingredients until a dough is formed (I recommend using your hands for this)

  4. Add to a floured surface and knead for a few minutes

  5. Divide into 4

  6. Make each one into a ball, flatten and make a hole in the middle making a bagel shape

  7. Place on a baking sheet and rub the tops with a whisked egg or milk

  8. Season with seasoning and bake for 30 minutes

  9. Let cool for 10 minutes

  10. Cut in half and enjoy with your favorite toppings
