Chili Oil Green Beans
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  2. Add the green beans and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.

  3. Drain the green beans and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking.

  4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and chili oil over medium heat.

  5. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

  6. Add the cooked green beans and toss to coat in the oil mixture.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve hot.
