Homemade Pecan Pie Cobbler

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, flour, salt, and beaten eggs. Stir until well combined.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and biscuit mix until smooth. Pour the biscuit mixture over the pecan mixture, covering it as evenly as possible.

  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set. The cobbler should rise slightly, and the edges will become golden and crispy.

  6. Let the cobbler cool for a few minutes before serving. Optionally, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgent treat.
