Peanut Pepita Parmesan Crunch
  1. Whisk whites to soft peaks

  2. Add in maple, spice mix, salt and sugar, then coat crunchies.

  3. Bake on parchment 325 for about 8-10 minutes, stir after 5 min.

  4. Once lightly golden, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake until parm is melted on.

  5. Once it’s cool, will all crisp up!
