Crispy Garlic Parmesan Crusted Potatoes
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Wash potatoes and cut them in half. Score them into a diamond shape.

  3. Toss potatoes with olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, and salt.

  4. Grate parmigiano reggiano cheese. Mix with melted butter to form a paste.

  5. Spread cheese mixture in a baking dish and press potato halves into it, cut side down.

  6. Bake for 25-26 minutes.

  7. Let potatoes rest for 10 minutes to harden cheese, then remove from pan and break into pieces.
